Taking Portland may look like a risky play - a team that hasn't won on the road all year and had a horrible road record last year. They still stand 4-4 against a tough schedule and are an improved team over last year. The one thing they did prove last year is that they could win on the road against the weak teams in the Eastern Conference as they posted straight-up wins at Atlanta, New York, Charlotte and yes, Philadelphia. The 76ers have dropped four straight and should not be favored against anyone at this point of the season. They have been out scored by 18.3 points per game in their last three, and as a team have averaged just 77.3-ppg during that same stretch. The Blazers are 19-7 ATS as a dog of 4.5 points or less last 26, and we look for them to get the win in this one.
