Portland at New Orleans

The New Orleans Hornets have been a below average offensive team and have already accumulated 20 games where they failed to get out of the 80s this season. The Portland Trailblazers come in not far behind with 18 games scoring in the 80s or less. We have a pair of teams each offensively challenged that like the halfcourt game. Portland has played 6-2 to the UNDER on the road vs. a winning team in their last eight, while the Hornets are gift wrapping unders when facing the Northwest at 27-10 to the UNDER in their last 37 as well as 24-11 to the UNDER after an ATS loss. I like the UNDER in this one.
