Portland had its first three-game win streak of the season before losing to Oklahoma City and Houston, and tonight, the Trail Blazers will get a second crack at the Rockets, who scored 28 points off 21 Portland turnovers last night. The Blazers must clean up some of those miscues to keep it closer in tonight's matchup. Portland is 9-6-1 ATS this season, and playing a back-to-back, the Rockets could cut some starters' playing time, making it more challenging to cover this significant number.
