Portland at Houston

Portland is just 20-28 on the season. They played many games without both McCollum and Lillard. McCollum is back, but what is interesting is the team has been without Lillard since January 5, and they have gone 6-5 in the 11 games. I think this team is having players step up in his absence and are seizing the opportunity for minutes. Houston is a woeful 14-34 on the season. They had a brief burst of going 3-1, which happens with poor teams during the course of a long season, but they have since gone 0-2 and lost at home to San Antonio their last time out by 30. Houston has allowed 50% shooting by their opponents in 10 of its last 18 games. That is certainly not a recipe for success. Back Portland for a Max Play.
