Portland at Detroit

This is not a good Portland team, but the way the NBA West is going they are still showing life to make the playoffs. The Lakers currently hold down the 10th and final seed for the play-in round, but they have completely collapsed. The Blazers stand just 3.5 games behind them. They certainly have a winnable game here vs the fading 19-52 Pistons who are in the running as the worst NBA team and first overall pick in the draft. Jerami Grant now joins five others on the injury report, and Grant has already been ruled out. Portland has shot better than 50% in three of their last five games and certainly could add to that tonight against a Detroit team that has nothing to play for. Make the play on Portland.
