The Dallas Mavericks have won 50 games plus every year for a decade running. But come playoffs time, this team has been a classic underachiever. Portland is not far behind at 97.3 ppg. This one appears to be over-adjusted because it is a playoffs game, but I think this one tops the 190 mark, so I'll play on the OVER.
