Portland at Cleveland

Cleveland can't seem to buy a win even when it plays well and that was the case last night when the Cavaliers somehow lost by 16 in overtime against Phoenix, who outscored them 20-4 in the extra session. It was the seventh loss in a row for the Cavs, who didn't cover the spread in any of them while dropping to 24-41 ATS on the season. The Trail Blazers won the only other meeting this season 129-110 on Feb. 12, and they have won and covered four of the past five meetings. Portland had won four in a row on this road trip before losing at Atlanta in a back-to-back spot on Monday. Cleveland is 8-24 ATS following an ATS loss and 9-25 ATS after any loss. Also, the Cavaliers are 15-37-1 their past 53 games vs. teams with a winning record. Take the Trail Blazers.
