Portland at Cleveland

The Portland Trailblazers are now players in the strong NBA West. They have left the starting blocks, running to sizzling 21-4 start. The Blazers have been highly efficient on the offensive end where they have scored 100+ in 12 straight games, and have topped the 110 mark 10 times already, including each of their last three. Things have not been nearly the same for the Cavaliers who have struggled since the LeBron departure, and at 9-14 this year they are not taking on too many positive changes.
