It will be a difficult task for Cleveland to have the mojo running tonight after a big upset win in Atlanta last night. The Cavs have a 4-12 record and have had a tough four games. Their brutal four-game stretch included Miami, and Memphis, so it would be easy for them to be flat here. Portland has dropped four straight and were beaten soundly at Boston last night. They are desperate for a win and will smell one against the less-than average Cavaliers squad, and is catching them just right off their big upset win on the road. The Cavs have been no-shows against teams with a losing road record at home where they are 2-9 ATS in their last 11. The Blazers may struggle with the better teams, but they are now 21-10-1 ATS vs. teams below .400 in their last 32. Play on Portland.
