Devin Booker had 29 points to lead three 20-point scorers for the Suns, who shot 48 percent. Toronto has lost six of seven, including 120-111 in overtime to Miami on Friday. The Raptors have averaged only 107.0 points their past 10 games and they are 0-4 ATS their past four home games. Phoenix has won five of six against Eastern Conference opponents and the Raptors have lost 11 of 14 versus the Pacific Division. Phoenix is a slight favorite and basically just has to win the game to get the money. Take the Suns.
