Phoenix at Philadelphia

Phoenix comes off a wild win over Portland in overtime, but now they face a slow, defensive-oriented squad. The last time they played a team that can play defense was three games ago when they lost 97-88 at home to Miami, scoring 23 first quarter points and shooting 43% for the game and five of 18 (27.8%) from long range. The UNDER is 4-1 in Suns last five contests against a team with a winning record and 19-9 UNDER the total after scoring 100 points or more in their previous game. They face a dominant Philadelphia  defense, one that is fifth in the NBA allowing 92.8 ppg and fifth allowing .434% shooting by opponents.  Like the Suns, the UNDER is 4-0 in 76ers last four after scoring 100 points or more in their previous game and they come off an OT loss to Oklahoma City, 116-109. The UNDER is 10-3 in 76ers last 13 against the Western Conference and the UNDER is 4-1 in the last five meetings in Philadelphia between these teams.   Philadelphia has battled injury problems and has lost two in a row and they are just 4-4 at home. This is the second of a back to back spot for the thin 76ers and they are 3-11 ATS in their last 14 games playing on no days rest. They were favored at Cleveland and lost by nine, then had to run up and down the court with Oklahoma City last night. Meanwhile Phoenix has won two in a row, including whipping Portland 114-87.
