Phoenix at Miami

The Miami Heat have to be thankful for being in the Eastern Conference where their poor 25-33 record on the season would have them as a #7 seed in the NBA playoffs should the season end right now. They have really struggled at home where the expectations have been high, and the level of play has been low as they are 10-17 here on the season. Since shortly after New Year's Day, the Heat have managed to cover just one game at home. Phoenix would certainly be a playoff team in the East, but the rugged West has them on the outside looking in, but the point is a tougher schedule and better record, and a better team.
