Phoenix at Denver

Denver cruised to a 125-107 win in Game 1 as Jamal Murray scored 34 points and Nikola Jokic had 24 points and 19 rebounds and the Nuggets hit 16 three-pointers and shot 48 percent overall. The fact that Phoenix shot 51 percent and still lost by 18 points does not bode well for the Suns, who will have to improve their shooting from beyond the arc after they went just 7-for-23.
