Philadelphia at Washington

A lot was expected of this Washington team, but despite a very weak slate of teams in the NBA Eastern Conference, the Wizards have only been able to generate a losing 19-20 record on the season. They certainly have not elevated their play on the home hardwood either, where they are a losing team at 9-10 on the season. The Wizards have also generated just one win in their last seven home games by 10 points or more. Not much was expected out of Philadelphia this season, and not much has happened. That creates opposing thinking. The fact is, this team was just a 12.5 point underdog in Portland two weeks ago, so is Washington 2.5 points away from Portland on a neutral court? Hardly, as we have an overlay at work here. Back that with the fact that Washington is 0-5 ATS in their last five at home vs. a team with a losing road record, the "A" game is not in sight.
