Los Angeles made some changes in the front office and also got a win as the Lakers beat Phoenix 122-110 on Thursday as D'Angelo Russell scored 28 points, including six three-pointers, and the Lakers won for the first time at Phoenix in more than six years. The Lakers have a good opportunity for another win tonight against Philadelphia, which has lost four straight and seven of its last eight games following a 112-100 loss on this same court to the Clippers Saturday night. The injury-riddled 76ers were led by Richaun Holmes with 24 points and nine rebounds. The Sixers are playing their third road game in in four nights, which also included an overtime loss at Portland on Thursday.
