Philadelphia at Detroit

The Philadelphia 76ers have become the new kids on the block in the NBA Atlantic, as the Knicks and Celtics bounce around the .500 mark. They have really been shaken confidence-wise of late, dropping five straight games heading into the second half of the season. The reality is the Pistons own more wins at home than the Sixers do on the road, and lately the Pistons have enjoyed a 5-2 run in their last seven played here. Detroit may be 11-24 on the season, but they have obviously been on the improve, and well under the radar as they are 10-2 ATS in their last 12, and 7-4 straight-up in their last 11, which includes five straight-up wins as a dog. The Pistons have been at their best in anticipated competitive games as a dog, where they are 2-10 ATS in their last 35 as a dog of +4.5 or less.
