Philadelphia at Denver

The Denver Nuggets are a somewhat surprising 19-16 to open the season. A lot of that work was done early, and the Nuggets have settled down to a team they are more apt to be going forward at 6-7 over their last 13 games. They simply do not get after it well enough on the defensive end where they have allowed six of their last 16 opponents to get to 120 points and above. Life has been tougher without Paul Milsap on the interior and he will remain sidelined for this one. Philly is struggling at just 2-10 in their last 12. They certainly have played tough and are under the radar, as the Sixers have lost by more than seven points just one time in their last 11 games. They can certainly hang with the Nuggets, so take the points and play on Philadelphia.
