Philadelphia at Chicago

It has been a long time since there has been anything to be excited about in Philadelphia regarding the 76ers. They have been an awful team for many years, but the youthful talent is starting to pay some dividends. The Sixers are 14-14 which is a big leap from where this team has been. Their opponent today, the Chicago Bulls, pretty much voided the roster of talent and experience and are in a full rebuild mode now. The Bulls have won eight games all season, but five of those have come in their last five games. I don't expect it to continue as this is still a bad team, and right now the line value rests on the other side. If this took place when the Bulls were 3-20, the line would be about 6-7.
