Philadelphia at Brooklyn

This is a typical spot in the NBA playoffs where the road team comes in with a 2-0 lead and the home team plays desperately while the visiting team suffers a letdown due to complacency. Brooklyn kept it reasonably close in Game 2, but Tyrese Maxey hit six 3-pointers and finished with 33 points and Joel Embiid added 20 points with 19 rebounds and Philadelphia overpowered the Nets with too many weapons. Neither team shot particularly well with the 76ers hitting 45 percent compared to 37.5 for the Nets. If the Nets can hold the Sixers to nearly the same field goal percentage while hitting some of the open shots they missed on Monday then they can keep this one close on their home court.
