The San Antonio Spurs had everything going their way in the first two games as they stormed to a 2-0 series lead over Oklahoma City. Things changed when they hit the road, and with the insertion of Serge Ibaka back into the lineup for Oklahoma City. The Thunder rallied back with a pair of home wins to even the series at 2-2. I expect things to change again here for game five as coach Popovich is very good at making adjustments. He saw the avalanche coming in game four, so he took his starters out and rested for game five, while Durant, and Westbrook were both logging heavy minutes. That dynamic duo scored 71 of the Thunder's 105 points or nearly 68%. That is not a team, that is a couple of hot all-star players having everything go right, but the road has been a lot more troubling for the pair, so I don't expect a repeat tonight. The Spurs have the quality depth, rested starters, and are playing at home in what should be a more physical game, with good open looks much harder to come by. I like the idea that San Antonio will limit Durant, and Westbrook, and so far the Thunder don't have many other consistent answers, which is the biggest difference here. The Spurs are 25-11-1 ATS in their last 37 after a 10+ point loss, and 5-1 to the UNDER vs. a team over .600 in their last six. The Thunder are 6-1 to the UNDER in their last seven overall, and four of the last five meetings between these clubs have played UNDER as well. lay the points on San Antonio and take the UNDER.
