Portland is home from a lousy four-game trip (1-3) and has lost 8-of-11. They don't play any defense at #26 in the NBA in points allowed. That will be a major problem against Russell Westbrook and a surging Oklahoma City team. Westbrook has rolled off four consecutive triple-doubles to join Wilt Chamberlain (31) and Oscar Robertson (41) as the only players to record 30 or more in a season. Westbrook scored over 40 points in each of his last two triple-doubles, including 43 points, 11 rebounds and 10 assists in Tuesday's 109-106 victory over the Utah Jazz. Oklahoma City is #12 in the NBA in points scored, 19-7 ATS against a team with a losing record. Portland is on a 2-8 spread run, as well as 16-37 ATS after scoring 100+ points in their previous game.
