The Lakers finally ended their skid the last game with a blowout win over the Jazz, 102-84. With the pressure off, this is their second game of a nice three-game home stand and rival Oklahoma City comes to town. Airing things out among themselves had the desired effect for the Lakers as Metta World Peace hit five 3-pointers on his way to scoring 17 points. Dwight Howard had 17 points and 13 rebounds. Kobe Bryant suggested "our closed-door meeting that everyone seems to know about" had something to do with the victory. They will be up for this challenge with the whole country watching. They are 9-4 ATS in their last 13 Sunday games. Meanwhile, Oklahoma City is winding down a brutal road stretch playing their sixth straight road contest, plus 11 of the last 13 away. They are just 2-2 the last four games, losing to the Nuggets and Warriors. In addition, they are 2-3 ATS the last five games (all on the road). Play the LA Lakers.
