The New York Knicks are a much different team than what we have seen in the recent past. For years this team usually came up short of expectations. But now they appear to have turned the corner, finding ways to win as opposed to lose. They used to be no-shows vs. bad teams, but that has not been the case this season. The Knicks are a perfect 8-0 on the season against teams with a winning percentage of less than .410, and they have won six of those by nine points or more. The Kings are a team that rely on the three-point ball. They make seven per game on 35% shooting from beyond the arc. That's a great match-up for New York as the Knicks are 15-5 straight-up this season vs. teams that attempt 18+ three-pointers per game. The Kings are 10-25-1 ATS in their last 36 after allowing 100+ in their previous game. They are also just 36-81 straight-up the past three seasons following a loss. And, Keith Smart led teams are just 35-111 straight-up as an underdog. Take the Knicks for the outright win.
