The New Orleans Pelicans won almost games last season for the first time in nearly a decade. They have failed to take the next step which involves playing defense. New Orleans has proven they can score, but allowing 116 points per game on the season is the reason why this team is just 7-7. They may lose a key piece of that offense tonight as Nikola Mirotic is doubtful with an ankle injury. New Orleans is just 3-7 in their last 10 after a 4-0 start.
