The Detroit Pistons are just 7-14 over their last 21 games, and show no signs of getting back to being a playoffs caliber team. One aspect of that has been an offense that has failed to get out of the 80s in eight of their last 22 games. They have not been up to the challenge vs. good teams, as they have lost their last five vs. a winning team by a total of 110 points. The lack of offense has reared its ugly head in those games, as the Pistons managed to average just 84.6 points per game. The Knicks were once an offense-first team, but has topped the 102-point mark just one time in their last 12 games, so I don't see this one making the total with the combination of factors at hand here. The Knicks were once a team that was a no-show vs. bad teams, but that has changed as they are 16-5 ATS against teams under .400 in their last 21. The Pistons don't enough fight to fend off the better teams, as they are 6-20 ATS in their last 26 vs. a winning team. Take New York and play the UNDER in this one.
