Everyone has the Bulls set to be the top contender to challenge Miami in the East this year. The Knicks have been good on no rest at 19-7 ATS in their last 26. The Bulls have struggled after allowing 100+, now 0-4 ATS going back to last season. Chicago is not what they will be right now, and the line dictates otherwise, so play on New York.
