New York at Boston

Boston may have looked disorganized, tired and not very healthy at the end of the season, but don't be fooled. When the bell rings for the opener vs. the Knicks, they will come out looking like the team they are, which is tough to beat and tougher to beat at home. The Knicks have looked chaotic with their revamped lineup, but are still not playing any semblance of defense, and don't have a playoffs pedigree to call on here. The Knicks have never fared well vs. Boston, amassing a 9-19-1 ATS record in the last 29 meetings. Boston stands ready opening the playoffs and their 6-1 ATS mark in their last seven quarterfinals playoff games serves as testament. Play Boston in this one. I also like the UNDER here. The Celtics are the best defending team in the league and last year they showed they could bring it once it mattered. I expect a lock-down by them today.  Since last season, the Knicks are 25-13 UNDER as a road dog of 6 or less points. The Celtics are 14-6 UNDER in their last 20 vs. winning teams.They are also 20-8 UNDER this season following a double-digit win and 22-12 UNDER after an ATS win.
