Portland figures to rest some players as it already has clinched a playoff spot and the Blazers come off a big 99-98 win over San Antonio on Monday as Shabazz Napier scored 32 points and Damian Lillard and C.J. McCollum sat out. The Pelicans are out of the playoffs and would like to end the season on a winning note after a 108-96 loss at the Lakers Tuesday night.
