New Orleans at Orlando

Despite an overall winning record, the New Orleans Pelicans find themselves in last place in the highly competitive Southwest Conference, and sit in 10th place in terms of playoff seeding. The harsh reality of those numbers might have this team dropping off as we begin the second half of the season. Orlando is also a last place team, but a much less competitive one at 17-39 on the season. The difference is that the Magic broke out of a 10-game losing streak with a 2-2 mark prior to the break, and they have been 4-1-1 ATS in their last six, as this team shows signs of improvement. Their last nine games have resulted in wins. Of those nine, they faced seven teams that will likely be in the playoffs, and the two others they played that won't. I like their chances here to steal a win, so play Orlando on the moneyline.
