New Orleans is ready to break through after suffering some tough losses lately, including an overtime loss to Indiana and then a one-point defeat against Oklahoma City before losing to Charlotte. The Pelicans have covered the spread six of the last nine meetings with Los Angeles and the Clippers are just 2-6 ATS their last eight home games. The Clippers managed to beat Chicago 130-127 on Sunday even though the Bulls shot 61 percent and had six double-figure scorers, including Zach LaVine with 45 points. That kind of defense won't cut it two games in a row and the Pelicans allow only a .445 field goal percentage.
