The New Orleans Pelicans have no idea where they will finish among the log jam in the wild NBA Western Conference. What they do know is a pair of wins in their last two games could hopefully leave them hosting a game in Round 1. New Orleans has really amped up the offense in their last 21 games as a favorite of -2.5 or more where they average an astounding 119.1 points per game. The Clippers are out of the playoffs, are injury riddled, and playing out the string without a lot of potential heavy contributors. Los Angeles has also appeared to resign itself from playing defense, allowing an average of better than 120 points per game in their last three. And an offensive minded Denver team just laid a 134 on them. Too much offense and too little interest by the Clippers here. Make the play on New Orleans.
