The New Jersey Nets may go down as the worst team in NBA history, but they have come alive of late as almost any bad team plays well in spurts. The Nets have actually averaged over 90 points per game over their last 16 - a much better job than what we saw from this team earlier. They also managed 93 points on this Pistons team just a few games back. The Nets had some defensive intensity early in the season and held 11 of 13 opponents under 100 points. The losses mounted and the intensity waned, and the Nets have now allowed 100+ in 23 of their last 36. These teams combine for a 9-2 OVER mark when they face another team with a losing record, and five of the last six in Detroit have played OVER. I will play this one to go OVER the total.
