Minnesota at San Antonio

Gregg Popovich is working his magic so far this season as San Antonio wasn't expected to be much of a playoff contender, but the Spurs have won four of their past five, including 129-124 over Chicago on Friday when Keldon Johnson scored 33 points and the Spurs shot 53.5 percent. San Antonio is getting contributions from everyone as Jakob Poelti had 21 points and Zach Collins added 16 and five scorers were in double figures. This already is the third meeting of the young season and they split the first two games and then Minnesota defeated the Lakers 111-102. The oddsmakers still aren't convinced about the Spurs and they have made them home underdogs even though they are 14-3 ATS their past 17 games dating to last season and 9-1 ATS overall playing with one day of rest. However, look for an outright win and take the Spurs on the money line.
