Minnesota at Oklahoma City

Oklahoma City is playing its first home game after losing its first two on the road, but it won't help much as the Thunder is one of those teams which will be accused of tanking this season while being focused on acquiring draft picks to add to their young talent. Minnesota split its first two contests, including a victory over the Thunder on Wednesday before losing in overtime to Utah 132-126 two nights later. The Timberwolves will bounce back tonight after blowing a first-half 17-point lead against the Jazz. Anthony Edwards had 30 points and Rudy Gobert 23 rebounds for the Timberwolves, who have won the past five meetings with Oklahoma City. Minnesota has plenty of talent and it will take time for it to all come together with the new acquistions and it'll focus on improving its second-half starts beginning tonight.
