Utah had an impressive win in its opener going on the road and easily defeating Portland 120-100 and the game went UNDER by six points. Rudy Gobert had 20 points and 17 rebounds and the Jazz outrebounded the Trail Blazers 59-40. Portland was held to 40.2-percent shooting and trailed 64-44 at halftime. Minnesota came from 12 points behind to beat Detroit 111-101 with Malik Beasley scoring 23 points and Karl-Anthony Towns adding 22 points for the Timberwolves. The game stayed UNDER by 13 points.
