Minnesota at Toronto

The Toronto Raptors opened the season at 13-2, and certainly looked like one of the best teams in the NBA East. They have been rather mediocre since, as they have gone a pedestrian 28-25 over their last 53 games. The Raptors are going to win the NBA Atlantic, but they have not been the same team we saw early on. In fact, over their last 13 games they are a woeful 3-10, the exact same mark as the Minnesota Timberwolves over the same stretch. Minnesota has not done a lot of things well, but where they have been at their best is bouncing back off a double-digit home loss where they are 20-6-1 ATS in their last 27. The Raptors have trouble slowing down a team off a good offensive game at 2-9 ATS in their last 11 vs. a team that produced 100+ in their previous game. Right now these teams are playing much closer to eachother than the line indicates. Play the points on Minnesota.
