Minnesota at San Antonio

A young Minnesota squad opens the season on the road with plenty of distractions, led by Jimmy Butler's preseason antics. Trade talks with the Miami Heat collapsed and Butler was vocal and disruptive. The young Timberwolves are on a 7-18 ATS run on the road, as well as 3-9 ATS against the NBA Southwest Division. San Antonio is the best-coached team in the league and will be fine with newcomer shooting guard DeMar DeRozan teaming with power forward LaMarcus Aldridge to provide the firepower.
