Injuries have separated what looked to be an up-and-coming and vastly improved Minnesota team into one that has to scramble every night to be competitive. They did beat San Antonio a couple games back, so at the very least it is obvious that this team is still playing hard and has not quit. Houston has not been this heavy a favorite all season, and it comes at a time when this team is just 14-16 in their last 30 games. The T-Wolves have bounced back from a 10-point or greater loss to go 7-3 ATS in their next game over the last 10 instances. Houston has played up or down to the level of competition, leaving them with a dismal 4-12 ATS mark in their last 16 vs. a losing team. Go with the big dog, and play on Minnesota.
