Minnesota at Boston

Minnesota has been a terrible road team with a 5-14 record away from home. The Timberwolves have lost to Boston the last five times they've met, including a 118-109 home loss on Dec. 1. The Wolves come off yet another road defeat at New Orleans on Monday when the Pelicans shot 51.7 percent and won despite the fact that Anthony Davis didn't even play due to an illness. Karl-Anthony Towns had 28 points and 17 rebounds for Minnesota. The Celtics return home following a three-game trip that ended with a 120-111 loss at San Antonio. Jaylen Brown scored 30 points for Boston, but the Celtics couldn't overcome a 46-point third quarter by the Spurs. The Celtics are 11-5 at home and the Timberwolves are dealing with injuries and illness and Jeff Teague is questionable tonight.
