Portland comes into this game 7-12, but has played some of its best basketball of late. The Trailblazers finally broke through on the road after an 0-9 start, and have won their last two. They are playing well now and are a completely different team at home where they are 6-3. They have begun to click offensively as they have scored more points in the last two games than any other games this year. Milwaukee is one of the worst road teams in the NBA. The Bucks are off to a 2-8 start on the road, and have now gone 5-29 in their last 34 on the road. The Bucks got out of the gate quickly at 7-4, but have played back down to their level, as they have been 1-6 in their last seven. You can't trust Milwaukee on the road, and Portland is simply a different team on the home hardwood. Fifteen of the last twenty games between these two teams has gone OVER including nine of the last ten played here in Portland! The Bucks allow 102 ppg on the road and as mentioned above, Portland's resurrgent offense should be able to exploit that. The Bucks are 25-13 the past two seasons vs. nonconference foes and 25-14 OVER under Nate McMillan vs. teams that are outscored by their opponent by 3+ ppg. Portland and the OVER here.
