The Milwaukee Bucks could be the Charlotte Bobcats of 2013. Milwaukee has limited talent on the roster, and after starting the season at 2-2, they have proceeded to go 2-14. They have not been a competitive 2-14 either, as they are an ugly 3-13 ATS in those 16 games. The Bulls have done well outside of their annual lengthy late-November road trip as the circus takes over their home arena. That has left Chicago with just eight home games thus far, and they are 6-2 in the eight. The Bulls should be in a feisty mood after suffering a double-digit loss at home in their previous game to Detroit, and they are 5-1 ATS in their next game after a 10+ point loss over their last six. The Bucks are not covering much of anything of late, as they are 20-43 ATS in their last 63. Play the Bulls.
