Miami at Phoenix

The Miami Heat got the bonus taken away as their cast of stars went on to win an NBA Championship a year ago. They are certainly odds on favorite to do it again. This is a team that picks their spots and doesn't always put forth a full effort, but what they do a good job of is winning games in the end. Their 7-3 losses shows that they lost the three games to teams with a combined record of 19-4 on the season. What that says about them is they may not cover games against the ordinary teams in the league and may not deliver their "A" game, but they still come to win and so far have done that everytime. Phoenix is no longer in the class of good teams in the league. They have but four wins and three have come to Cleveland, Charlotte and Detroit, so they haven't been picking many pockets so to speak. I don;t see them doing so against the Heat either. Play on Miami on the moneyline.
