Miami at Orlando

Orlando has won and covered five of the last seven meetings and has a new coach in Steve Clifford, who comes over from the Charlotte Hornets. The Magic does have some offensive firepower if they can stay healthy in Even Fournier, Aaron Gordon and Nikola Vucevic. Gordon has been much improved since coming into the league and last season he shot 33.6 percent from three-point range and averaged 17.6 points per game. Vucevic led the team with 9.2 rebounds per game and much is expected from first round draft pick, Mohamed Bamba, who is known as a defensive presence but also averaged 11.5 points in preseason. Miami is in a familiar spot and that is it is probably good enough to sneak into the playoffs, but not go much further. The Heat ended its season by losing in five games to Philadelphia in the first round of the playoffs last season. Play the Magic.
