Miami at Oklahoma City

The Oklahoma City Thunder have been salivating for this game, and the testament to that can likely be found in their 15-point loss to Utah in their last game. They were certainly eying what was to come, instead of taking care of business. They lost the Championship to the Heat a year ago, and will be hungry for this one. The Thunder also have a very large pedigree coming off a loss since moving to Oklahoma City. They have rebounded to follow a loss with a 106-58-1 ATS record - best in the NBA in this situation, including 10-2 ATS this year. What might be even more interesting than that is the defense they have played in these games. The last six opponents facing them after a loss have scored 97 or fewer points, and have averaged just 90 points per game. I expect them to be playing very strong on the defensive end of the court once again. Miami has won six straight games, but the last five of those were at home, and the lone road win was against Toronto. Miami has been very pedestrian on the road at just 12-11 on the season. They have managed to score just 91.7 ppg in their last seven on the road vs. a winning team. Play on Oklahoma City and take the UNDER.
