The Indiana Pacers have acquitted themselves very well, as they await the return of their star, Danny Granger. It has left them short on the offensive end, but they have compensated by becoming a half-court team that really gets after it on the defensive end. The pacers rank No. 2 in the league in fewest points allowed at 89.8 points per game, and they are tops in FG percentage defense at a stingy 41.4%. They are also No. 1 in 3-point percentage allowed at 31.15%. The Heat have gotten back to defending after allowing 100+ for four straight games. They know that they better bring the defensive intensity vs. the Pacers in this one, something they have proven more than capable of doing. The Pacers have held their last three opponents to 83 points or less at home, and they have now played to the UNDER at a 13-4-1 clip in their last 18 games vs. the Eastern Conference. While they have held the score down, they haven't succeeded against teams greater than .600 where they are just 2-7 ATS in their last nine. The Heat is 10-4 ATS in their last 14 after holding their last opponent to 75 or less, as well as being 13-3-1 to the UNDER after allowing 75 or less as well. Answers all over the court down the stretch for the Heat, but few on Indiana. Take Miami on the moneyline and play the UNDER.
