Miami at Detroit

Miami needs to bounce back from Saturday's loss at Chicago to improve its playoff position while Detroit has been playing without incentive practically the entire season as it once again looks forward to a high draft choice. The Heat still have won five of eight and ran into a buzz saw as the Bulls stayed red-hot for the second night in a row and shot 56.3 percent. Miami will have no such worries in this game as the Pistons have been a notoriously bad shooting team for years and they have lost 13 of their past 14 games, including 119-100 at home against Denver on Thursday.
