The Miami Heat have been surprisingly better on defense than they have on offense since assembling a team of stars. They went through a three game losing streak allowing an average of 208ppg and have gotten back to business on the defensive end of the court since as they have allowed just a tick over 90ppg over their last five. Detroit, who once was sitting atop the NBA for a number of years, has fallen on hard times. The Pistons at 4-14 are heading nowhere. They have played 18 games and the offense is far from NBA standards as they have yet to score 100 points in any game, topping off at 96. Worse than that this team has failed to top 85 in ten games, more than half of their games played. They do get after it on the defensive end and have not allowed 100 points to an opponent in seven straight. The points will be tough to come by here play on the UNDER.
