The Miami Heat have become a different team over the last three and a half weeks. Once upon a time, the Heat were an 11-30 team, but have won and covered 12 straight games. That matches the longest streak of the season, shared by the Golden State Warriors. The Heat's surge has a lot to do with the health of the team that was riddled with injuries for much of the season. Brooklyn has the dubious distinction of being the worst team in the league at a woeful 9-44. The Nets have lost 11 straight games, and 22 of their last 23.
