Memphis at Los Angeles

A pair of quality defensive teams meet, with the Lakers No. 6 in the NBA in points allowed and the Grizzlies No. 11. In addition, LA allows 42% shooting (4th) and Memphis allows 44% (13th). The problem for Memphis is tired legs, playing the last of a four game road trip. And it's been a lousy trip for the offense, scoring 93 and 85 points the last two games (both losses). They scored 17 first quarter points the last game (42 in the first half) in a loss at the defenseless Clippers, and 20 first quarter points the previous game (44 in the first half) in a loss at Portland. The UNDER is 15-7 in the Grizzlies last 22 against the Western Conference and 19-7 UNDER following a loss. It's also a second of a back to back spot for Memphis and they take on an LA team that likes to slow the pace down under first year coach Mike Brown.
