These teams have proven to be similar in stature, but that has not translated well for Memphis. Both teams set a franchise high with 56 wins apiece, and both have played well. The difference is in games between these clubs that is the true measuring stick. The Clippers won a hard-fought playoffs series over the Grizzlies a year ago, and once again took control this season by winning three of the four meetings between these clubs. Los Angeles scored 99 or more points in two of the games vs. Memphis, and has proven they can score against the NBA's stingiest defenses. Clippers center Deandre Jordan has been the difference in shooting 65.5% against the Grizzlies. All the good things the Grizzlies did this season have been negated by the fact that they finished 3-7 ATS in their last 10 vs. a winning team, including 0-5 ATS vs. a team over .600. Go with the Clippers.
